First of all, we must take into account the environment in which it will be laid, how it will be maintained and cleaned, the budget available and the style of the house. As mentioned above, floors are different in materials and appearance. Let’s see the most common types.

The hardwood floor is able to convey a feeling of total comfort in any room in which it is inserted. Warm in winter and cool in summer, with perfect thermal conductivity and soundproofing, hardwood is the most popular flooring in the world. the traditional one consists entirely of solid wood, is supplied raw and is sanded and treated on site with wax, oil or paint. Pre-finished hardwood is supplied treated and only needs to be laid.
The hardwood can have different characteristics of durability, colour and finish.
Carpeting is a very elegant and pleasant type of floor covering to behold. It consists of a latex support made of rubber, jute or synthetic material into which different types of yarns are inserted, synthetic or natural. It is important to dispel some platitudes, pointing out that carpeting does not contribute to the survival of mites if properly maintained!
Carpetings have a great advantage in that they maintain better thermal insulation than other types of flooring. The word carpet defines a fabric in wool or synthetic, totally fixed to the floor. From a certain point of view, carpeting can be defined as the natural evolution of the carpet.
Finally, the carpeting floor according to specific tests in the sector reduces the suspended by about 80%, thus ensuring a cleaner environment compared to the use of moving carpets resting on other types of floor.
Stoneware is a resistant flooring which is suitable for aesthetic imitations of many types such as wood, stone and other materials.
It is manufactured at high temperatures above 1200° C, making it one of the most resistant floors available today. The surfaces can vary between enamel, unglazed and polished, but there are only two versions: porcelain and red. The only one that does not have a minimum percentage of liquid absorption is the glazed porcelain version, making it the easiest to keep clean.
One of the few floors to offer interesting decorative ideas and for all tastes thanks to the wide choice of finishes and variations. The rosin flooring is easy to clean and has an enviable longevity! Composed of mixed rosins, they solve the problem of cavities and microcavities where it is usually easier to find dirt residues and consequent bacteria.
